Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all field crews and subcontractors on-site. - Interpret shop drawings, specifications, and installation details to ensure proper execution. - Oversee installation of curtainwall, storefront, window wall, glass, panel, and related systems. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company standards. - Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor for efficient project progression. - Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets project requirements. - Communicate daily with project managers, general contractors, and suppliers. Identify and troubleshoot field issues, conflicts, or delays. - Maintain accurate documentation of site activity, progress, and change orders. - Train and mentor junior foremen and installers. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial glazing or façade installation. - Proven experience managing crews on mid to large-scale construction projects. - Deep knowledge of glazing systems including curtainwall, storefront, ACM, unitized, and stick-built systems. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficient in jobsite coordination and construction scheduling. - OSHA 30 certification preferred. - Valid driver’s license and travel to job sites Preferred Skills: - Experience working with high-rise or institutional projects. - Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software. - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Building Envelope Project Manager to oversee and execute multiple glazing and panel system projects from contract through closeout. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing complex building envelope scopes, including curtainwall, storefront, aluminum composite panels (ACM), and other architectural façade systems.
