Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all field crews and subcontractors on-site. - Interpret shop drawings, specifications, and installation details to ensure proper execution. - Oversee installation of curtainwall, storefront, window wall, glass, panel, and related systems. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company standards. - Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor for efficient project progression. - Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets project requirements. - Communicate daily with project managers, general contractors, and suppliers. Identify and troubleshoot field issues, conflicts, or delays. - Maintain accurate documentation of site activity, progress, and change orders. - Train and mentor junior foremen and installers. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial glazing or façade installation. - Proven experience managing crews on mid to large-scale construction projects. - Deep knowledge of glazing systems including curtainwall, storefront, ACM, unitized, and stick-built systems. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficient in jobsite coordination and construction scheduling. - OSHA 30 certification preferred. - Valid driver’s license and travel to job sites Preferred Skills: - Experience working with high-rise or institutional projects. - Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software. - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Civil/Structural preferred). - 3+ years of experience in façade, glazing, or panel system design. - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering analysis software. - Strong understanding of curtainwall, storefront, ACM, and unitized systems. - Ability to interpret and apply building codes and structural requirements. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Professional Engineer (PE) license or working toward licensure preferred. Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, installation oversight, and closeout. - Oversee multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500K to $5M+ in value. - Collaborate with estimators, drafters, engineers, and field supervisors to ensure seamless handoff and execution. - Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. - Communicate daily with general contractors, owners, architects, and internal teams. - Ensure all work meets quality standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations. - Coordinate material releases, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings. - Monitor project costs, schedules, and labor productivity, making adjustments as needed. - Visit job sites regularly to support field teams, resolve issues, and track progress. - Maintain detailed and organized project documentation in accordance with company protocols. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the commercial building envelope industry. - Demonstrated expertise in glazing systems (curtainwall, storefront, window wall) and metal panel systems (ACM, IMP, plate panels). - Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project controls. - Proficient in reading construction documents and coordinating submittals and RFIs. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities across multiple projects. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience). - OSHA 30 certification is a plus. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
